The support I received was great. As I tried to cancel my subscription of their service I was in constant contact with the support team. There is nothing wrong with what this company offers, it just wasnt for me. Their support team went out of their way to help me and my cancellation request was quickly accomplished. I paid for the monthly service to this company for over a year! All of my information that i wanted removed from were still there. They would send me monthly updates stating that they removed all of this so-called information on me but when i would my name, everything was still there.This company's service is a scam - do not use them!

After just a couple of weeks on a monthly trial, I was astonished at the number of international, slimy "data brokers" HAD and were obviously "trading on" my personal data. That convinced me to go for the premium ANNUAL plan, and THAT has resulted in Optery quashing my information in myriad MORE "data brokers." After signing up I noticed how many premium, truly independent review sites are rating Optery the very highest among these services. AND, their email-customer support is SUPERB . . . prompt, responsive and intelligent. All hallmarks of a very good company.

I had kept my cell phone number unlisted for years, until I gave it to the parent of a friend of my child. That parent used my number without asking me to sign me up for texts from a mulitlevel marketing company they were selling for, and then my spam calls skyrocketed to the point that my phone was unusable. After signing up for Optery, the spam call frequency has really tapered off. I am really appreciative of this service.

I've had ongoing problems with a violent stalker for four years. This man confessed to police that he was able to access my personal information from a data broker website. He made threats of violence, vandalized my house and vandalized my parents' house (he could access their info online, too). He impersonated me online, set up accounts in my name, and tried to engage in financial identity theft. This man is in prison now for 17 years. Ive had the Optery Ultimate Plan for over six months now, and I cant say enough positive things about the plan and the customer service I have received from . The by-monthly report I receive is easy to read and understand. The Dashboard is also easy to navigate and informs you of your completed and pending removals. Most importantly, I can't say enough about Opterys customer service. Every email I have sent asking a question has been answered quickly and always thoroughly answering my questions. I have occasionally asked questions about other ways to protect myself that might not fall under Opterys services. However, they still go above and beyond to answer my questions and, on a few occasions, provided me with website links as a resource. The initial setup of the product was about as easy as it could be. Provide some information, and let the product do it's work. I can't speak on the quality of the end result quite yet as I've only just started using the system, but so far it seems to be working EXACTLY as advertised.I had a couple of questions and wanted to provide some feedback (Dark theme mode, and Hardware Key authentication for the account), and the online chat support was VERY quick to reply (within just a few minutes), answered my questions, and seemed to accept my feedback in a positive manner.Because of my experience now after only just 2 days, I've gone ahead and purchased an Ultimate subscription, and am certain I won't regret it!

The quarterly PDF "removal progress report" provides AMAZING visibility into what exactly they're actually doing, and even showed me that my personal info was being listed on many lookup-sites that I didn't even know existed! Optery can be a REALLY amazing service, but it can also be a VERY slow service. Weve got 6 members on their top tier Ultimate plan for $25 a piece monthly. For at least 3 of our members LESS THAN 5 removal requests were sent out in the last month. Even when theyve got + exposures. One member had only 1 opt-out sent in the last month. Which basically boils down to $25 for 1 opt-out for that member. Only after reaching out to support did they start submitting opt-outs. Aside from that, its a really great product. They usually add a ton of new brokers to their portfolio every so often. Havent seen any additions lately though. Something might be happening behind the scenes Im unaware of. Just seems like Optery had slowed to a halt. Aubrielle in customer service is great. Not sure what happened to her. tends to copy and paste answers responding like an NPC. We used to have 14 family members on their top plan, but figured with how expensive it is, and how slow the removals were going, $300 a month wasnt worth it.

Excellent website. An amazing amount of info about me has already been removed from the internet in just 2 months.

My wife and I both subscribe to Optery's core plan which was successful in identifying our information listed on 103 different websites. The Core plan was successful in removing the information from nearly 70% of those sites. The other 30% were not covered under the core plan. However, Optery did provide me the links to remove our information from the rest of those sites, which I was able to do. If you choose to do it yourself, be prepared to spend a lot of time sitting at a lap top visiting those websites. Some really make you jump through hoops to get your information removed. I think I have solved every captcha known to man. When my subscription ends in a year I may kick it up to the Ultimate plan so that I don't have to go through that again. It's amazing and downright scary the places that have/had our information. In some cases, it wasn't even correct. It has taken some time but I have notice a sharp decrease in the number of calls and emails I get asking me to sell my home or take out a loan.

Good so far. I went with the Ultimate plan for one month. It was about $25 dollars, there's a discount if you do yearly subscription but I wanted to test it first. Its only been about a week but reports show that it is removing my info from about 150 sites. I've even noticed a decreased amount of spam callers everyday. I might get one once every two days, informing me of loan applications missing information or some other BS. I was getting the same spammer from a different number 2 to 3 times a day, so it is a step in the right direction. If Optery keeps this up, I will be a long time consumer.
