Which basically boils down to $25 for 1 opt-out for that member. Only after reaching out to support did they start submitting opt-outs. Aside from that, its a really great product. They usually add a ton of new brokers to their portfolio every so often. Havent seen any additions lately though. Something might be happening behind the scenes Im unaware of. Just seems like Optery had slowed to a halt. Aubrielle in customer service is great. Not sure what happened to her. tends to copy and paste answers responding like an NPC. We used to have 14 family members on their top plan, but figured with how expensive it is, and how slow the removals were going, $300 a month wasnt worth it.

If you choose to do it yourself, be prepared to spend a lot of time sitting at a lap top visiting those websites. Some really make you jump through hoops to get your information removed. It's amazing and downright scary the places that have/had our information. In some cases, it wasn't even correct. Restarted ultimate membership after a year, and a month later, all of my information is up on all the major data brokers like Intelius and Spokeo. They also take days to weeks to reply to emails and are not investigating the issue. This is despite them reassuring me due to my domestic violence situation. company and ineffective.

Four days after signing up info was still clearly not removed from even major sites. Decided to cancel. Now they want to keep my entire yearly subscription fee. If it was after the 30 days OK but I was well within the 30 days.

Customer emailed support requesting a refund at 8:33am ET on February 10th, and within 13 minutes, at 8:46am ET on February 10th, we provided a full refund with no questions asked. TERRIBLE!!! Bought the most expensive program. Contacted them over a month ago about them getting me mixed up with other people. None of my info is gone. Not worth the money. I would like my money back. This is a waste.
